3. Privacy Policy
This policy follows Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and Article 59 of the E-Commerce and Transactions Law (Law No. 16 of 2010). New Tornado Trading is the controller of your data. Contact: info@vehiclick.com.
3.1 What we collect

3.2 Who we share it with
- The Partner you book sees what it needs for your job (name, phone, car, location for tows, documents you upload for that job).
- Service providers that run the app for us (hosting, notifications, payments, WhatsApp, voice). They may only use your data for us.
- Authorities, when Qatar law requires it.
- We do not sell your data.
3.3 Marketing
We send offers only if you say yes. Every marketing message says it is from Vehiclick and lets you stop with one tap.
3.4 Your rights
You can: see a copy of your data; correct it; withdraw your consent; object to processing that is not needed; and ask us to delete your data. Use Profile › Privacy & delete account, or email us. Some records (such as invoices) may need to be kept for the period Qatar law requires.
3.5 Keeping and protecting data
- We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose, or as the law requires.
- Accident documents are kept only for the job and its dispute period, then deleted. Photos in part and accessory requests are deleted automatically 24 hours after the request is sent.
- We use technical and organisational security measures. If a breach could seriously harm you, we will inform you and the competent authority as Qatar's rules require (the official guidelines set 72 hours).
- Data may be stored on servers outside Qatar (for example Google Firebase) with safeguards in place.
3.6 Children
Vehiclick is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
3.7 Changes
We will tell you in the app before this policy changes.
