1. Customer Terms of Use

1.1 Who we are

Vehiclick (vehiclick.com and the Vehiclick app) is run by New Tornado Trading, a company registered in the State of Qatar (Commercial Registration). Contact: support@vehiclick.com. By creating an account or using Vehiclick you agree to these Terms.

1.2 Vehiclick is a platform only

1. Vehiclick is a technology platform. It lets you find, compare, book, pay and message independent businesses ("Partners"): garages, tow trucks, car washes, parts shops, rental and taxi companies.
2. Vehiclick does not repair, tow, wash, sell parts, rent or drive vehicles. The Partner does the work.
3. The service contract is between you and the Partner. Vehiclick is not a party to it, and is not the Partner's employer, agent or guarantor.
4. The Partner alone is responsible for the quality, safety, legality, price, timing and warranty of its work and parts, and for its staff and drivers.
5. Vehiclick checks Partner documents (such as the CR and licences) when they join. This check does not guarantee their work.

1.3 Your account

1. You must be 18 or older and give true, current details.
2. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Company accounts must give company details. Only company accounts can request fleet or corporate quotes.

1.4 Bookings, quotes and parts

1. Prices shown are set by Partners in Qatari riyals (QAR). Final prices can change after inspection.
2. A Partner must ask for your approval in the app before adding work or parts. Work you approve in the app counts as your agreement with the Partner.
3. Check your car when you collect it, and raise any problem in the app before you approve the job.

1.5 Payments, cancellations and refunds

1. Where you pay through Vehiclick, Vehiclick collects the payment on the Partner's behalf.
2. You can cancel a booking free of charge before the Partner starts work or a tow truck is sent. After that, the Partner's cancellation fee may apply, shown before you confirm.
3. Under Qatar's e-commerce law you may cancel an online order within 3 days if the service has not been fully performed and you have not benefited from it.
4. Refunds for faulty work are the Partner's responsibility. Vehiclick will help pass your complaint to the Partner.

1.6 Tow, accidents and emergencies

1. Vehiclick is not an emergency service. If anyone is injured, or there is major damage or a dispute, call 999 first and follow police instructions.
2. Garages in Qatar may not repair accident damage without a police or insurance report. For accident repairs you must upload a true copy of the report (police or Metrash), and you confirm it belongs to your car.
3. Uploading a false or someone else's report is not allowed and may be reported to the authorities.
4. Arrival times are estimates from the Partner. Vehiclick cannot guarantee them.

1.7 Vee, the voice assistant

Vee helps you search and book. It can make mistakes. Always check the booking summary before you confirm. Vee is limited to 3 sessions of 3 minutes per customer.

1.8 Your conduct

You must not: give false information or documents; harass or abuse Partners or staff; book in bad faith; arrange to pay Partners outside Vehiclick to avoid fees; copy or misuse the app; or break any Qatar law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

1.9 Reviews and messages

Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove content that is false, offensive or illegal. Messages in the app may be kept as a record of the job.

1.10 Limits of Vehiclick's responsibility

1. Vehiclick is responsible only for running the platform with reasonable care.
2. Vehiclick is not responsible for loss or damage caused by a Partner's work, delay, parts, staff, vehicles or prices, or by events outside our control (such as network outages or weather).
3. Where the law allows, Vehiclick's total responsibility to you is limited to the fees you paid to Vehiclick (not to the Partner) in the 3 months before the claim.
4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that Qatar law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

1.11 Complaints and disputes

1. Report a problem with a job in the app within 7 days. We will share it with the Partner and try to help both sides agree.
2. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's consumer protection department.
3. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes go to the competent courts of Qatar.

1.12 Changes

We may update these Terms. We will tell you in the app, and you will be asked to agree to the new version before you continue.

1.13 Part and accessory requests

1. You can ask for a spare part, light, body part, interior decoration or accessory by sending 1 to 4 photos and a description. The request goes first to Premium businesses that sell that category. If none of them has it, none quotes within 6 hours, or none sells that category, it also goes to other businesses in that category. Businesses may send quotations.
2. Each request stays open for 24 hours. After that it closes, and your photos are deleted automatically.
3. Each customer gets 5 free requests. After that, each new request costs QAR 10, shown before you send it. If no business sends a quote within the 24 hours, the request is cancelled and you get it back: a free request is added back to your 5, or the QAR 10 is refunded.
4. Quotes come from the businesses, not Vehiclick. The business is responsible for the part's price, condition (new, used, original or aftermarket), warranty and delivery.
5. Only upload photos of car parts or your own car. Don't include people's faces, ID cards or other personal details.

Privacy until you accept. Businesses see your request, photos, car and general area, but not your name or contact details. You see each quote's price, product details, rating and distance, but not the business name or contact details. Both sides' details are shared only after you accept a quote. Phone numbers, links and contact details typed into requests or quotes are removed automatically.

Company and fleet requests. Requests made from a company account (fleet or corporate quotes) work the same way, but every request costs QAR 10, with no free requests. If no business quotes within 24 hours, the request is cancelled and the QAR 10 is refunded.
